Barrel-Bill- Dieback (Roaming Merchant)

Another central figure in my WIP IP- Barrel Bill- He lost everything after the market crashed well before the events of dieback took over and changed everything- he was working on getting back to his feet again, selling what he could scavenge however the disease took his mind so slowly that he didn't notice that he stopped caring about making it back and could only think about salvaging things and selling them, he's been stuck like this now grown to fuse with his barrel as he roams unnoticed through the streets - he has some rare items to sell on occasion though.
